University of Courage:
Mission: enCourage social activism through education, events, and recognition.
Vision: elevate the level of global philanthropic participation by college-age individuals.
Letter from the Chancellor:
University of Courage is designed to be an interactive medium between Madison residents and Madison businesses and nonprofit organizations. In the Madison community, we have an abundance of events coming and going that benefit a range of causes, organizations and groups. The University of Courage wants to center its abilities around educating the individual about those events, providing them with the tools to communicate with those host organizations, and recognize those individuals for actively participating.
Overall, UCouage exists as a connection point between individuals and organizations; a platform to enCourage the pursuit of community involvement and improve the global community through the engagement of young people in positive social activism.
